Hi! My name is Joslyn Fuller, I just turned 11 and this is my 2nd year in 4-H showing market swine. I am a member of the County Kids 4-H club in Pueblo, CO. As strange as this year has been for most people, I felt lucky to get to spend more time with my pigs. I was able to use that time training, exercising, and just getting to know them better. From the first moment that I saw my Hampshire cross barrow, Babe, I knew he was special! He always responded well during training, and he had become more of my buddy than a project! He was fed a high-quality diet and we practiced driving daily. He weighed in at 257lbs and was the champion of his class, then he was named Reserve Grand Champion of the show! I was super excited to receive this title because it was only my second year and I was still figuring things out. Proceeds I earn this year will be saved and put toward my 4-H career and future activities. I hope that you will consider buying my pig. Thank you to everyone who has supported my project this year!
