My name is Aubrey Holcombe and I am in the 3rd grade.  One of my Youth fair projects this year is called Apple Cinammon Bread.  My mother cooks fruit breads throughout the year and I like to help her with them so I thought it would be fun to make one for a youth fair project.  She helped me find this recipe and it came together really well for me.  My little brother loves eating our practice cakes.  We even gave some we made to my his teachers as Christmas Presents.  My mother helped me with making it and it was a lot more work then I ever expected.  We had a lot of fun working on this  together and I learened a lot.  Thank you for looking at my project.
