Hello, my name is Madison Peterson. I have been in the FFA program for five years now. I have been exhibiting lambs for four of those five. I find passion and excitement when raising and showing lambs. I have learned a lot of lessons throughout my high school show career. From learning that things aren’t always fair and all that matters is how hard you work and that we're all just one big family in the end.

I have had Tito since June. I got him from Jennings Club Lambs. A whole 7 months now I have had the opportunity of raising him. Since he was little being 60 pounds to where he is now at 110 pounds. He was unfortunately not able to show at the North East Ag Fair this year due to unfortunate events. But I know he will be better by the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo next month. He has come a long way from where he was to where he is now. Tito has done pretty decently this year. He may not have ever been champion but he’s always a champion in my heart. <3

Now Paul came into the picture in late October. I had the great opportunity to buy him from a Jv exhibitor. He is growing more and more every day getting bigger and bigger. He was 107 pounds when I got him and not even three months later he’s 145 pounds and still has five pounds to go to get to his goal weight for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo in March. He has done pretty well at the shows he has been to since October. At the show this past weekend he had gotten grand in his class, grand medium wool, and grand champion overall. I am so proud of him and how he has done. I want to say thank you to everyone who’s helped me out along the way. All my friends in the barn and all the people who have helped me in years past when I didn’t know what I was doing or just simply helped me get my lamb on the shearing stand. I also would like to thank Kensley who started Paul out on a great road to success. And I would like to give the biggest thanks to Mr.Witzel who has been such a great help to me and everyone in the barn this year. I’m sad to say this is my last year. I wish I had at least one more year in the barn. 
 
The money I make from this auction will go towards my college and schooling. I’m not sure what I want to do yet but I will find out along the way. Thank y’all so much for checking out my auction page and reading my ramble. :) <3
