Meet my barrow, Venom. When I acquired him in October 2020, he was a crazy pig. He ran all over the place, and never let me get near. He would buck like a horse, which was funny at first, but I knew I needed to really work with him in order to calm him down and have him walking like a show pig.
I spent 2-3 hours a day with him, working hard to calm him down. Before I knew it, he was walking great, but he still struggled to get his head up. After I got a new whip, he started lifting that head up practically to the clouds. Soon, Venom was winning ribbons, banners and gifts at the local prospect shows. Venom was winning 2nd and 3rd in his class. At the South Texas Agricultural Roundup, we snatched up 2nd place. We made it to the STAR Roundup Prime Sell and I was super excited since this was the first time.
Thank you for stopping by to learn a little more about Venom and everything we were able to accomplish together. Please know that I sure would be grateful for an opportunity to do so again, so any and all donations would be greatly appreciated.
