Meet my steer Freddy he is a angus cross and is a gentle giant currently weighing 1400lbs and I am certain he will weigh in around 1500lbs by fair time. I got Freddy at the beginning of October and ever since he has been my best friend other than when he was determined to live and be friends with my horse by breaking and going under our fences multiple times. I eventually decided that it would be okay and separate them when it is time to feed and now every time I look into the pasture they are always right next to each other. This past year Freddy and I have been to many jackpot shows and we have placed within the top 8 in both showmanship and quality at almost every show. This year I have spent a lot of time correcting Freddy's feed to make sure that he is fully filled out so he has the perfect amount of fat surrounding his meat. Making the best tasting meet for you. Freddy is defiantly one of the most docile steers I have ever had and we have had many new and exciting experiences together we have won many banners to hang in the barn as well as learn how i can improve on showing him to the best of my ability and how I can improve his feed to make him better. Thankyou for your support this year all of us 4-h kids really need it due to price inflation feed has almost doubled in price since last year. I know a lot of people are also worried about butchers as alot of the local butchers in the area are full until next year. If you purchase Freddy he already has a date to go in right after fair to double E meats and I will personally take him there for you if needed
