Hello my name is Marek Parson and this is my 5th year in swine. My goal each year is to raise a high quality eating hog. My hog is different from all the hogs here at the fair in that it isn’t a fat less, muscle bound hog. I know my hog will be good eating, the pork chop eyes will be at least 5 inches across and the flavor will be amazing! The hams are huge with the right amount of fat. I know this as I raise 3 other hogs and my family butchers one to eat each year as well. You will also get an extra 100 lb of meat with my hog being 413lbs. You only pay for 300lbs and that’s a bonus! I guarantee you will enjoy this hog, it’s a traditionally farm-raised hog.
