Hi my name is Maci Childress and this passage is about my market goat named Mocha. Mocha has been such a sweet goat from the beginning. We got mocha from a place in St. Mary's. The day we got him he and his brother (my sisters goat) we’re very scared of us and didn’t want to come up to us, but after a few days Mocha came right up to me and was very sweet. I walk Mocha as much as I can to get him ready for the show in September. Mocha has always been the kind of goat where he always wants to lead, meaning when my sister and I walk both our goats at the same time Mocha is very good when he is in front of my sisters goat. When he’s behind my sisters goat he will not want to walk at all. Which I thought was going to be a problem until we went to the smile show with him and he did really good even when not being the leader. I hope this helped you learn more about my goat Mocha. I am a member in the Southern Maryland Agriculture Development Commission Program (SMADC). I would like to say a special thank you to Giant food for purchasing my market goat last year, thank you for supporting me. I plan to use this year's earnings for my future 4H project and my college. I hope this helped you get to know me and what I do for 4h.
