Hello! My name is Hank Buchanan and I am 10 years old.  This is my second year in the market lamb and market goat projects.  I enjoy learning about animals and making friends in 4-H.  I like the challenge of training  and showing sheep.

My lamb is a Hampshire cross ewe.  She was born in January and her name is Wrangler.  She is very feisty and she likes to step on my feet when I walk her.  She is a nice profiling lamb and she sets her feet up squarely when I practice showing her.  She also has some black spots on her body that I think are neat.

When I am not working on my 4-H projects I like playing soccer, flag football and baseball.  I also do cubscouts and wrestle for a local club.  I enjoy riding dirt bikes and annoying my two older sisters.

I will be showing my lamb at the El Paso County Fair on Tuesday July 18 at 10am and then selling her at the Junior Livestock Auction on Saturday July 22 at 1pm.  I would greatly appreciate your consideration in offering a bid for my lamb.  Your winning bid will help me pay for my project next year and help pay for me to go to college.  I want to be an engineer and serve in the Army.  Thank you!
