Hi, I'm Lexi! I've been in 4-H for 9 years. I have  raised lambs for 12 years with my family. I take great pride in taking my project from a ewe lamb, to raising it to be a momma, breeding, and having the babies be born! 

This lamb is Venom. He is home raised from a home raised ewe that we AI'd with Crego Livestock to the ram Breakout. I love Marvel movies and named him after the movie Venom - it's one of my favorites!

In addition to raising and showing lambs, I also raise and show Nigerian Dwarf goats, show market goats, ride and show my Arabian mare- Dakota Dawn, and participate on the El Paso County Horse Judging team as well as the Livestock Quiz bowl team. I also work at a horse boarding facility to help pay for my horse. It's been a busy year for sure! 

I love animals, and I love breeding and showing them! My future is calling me to work with animals for a career, whether it's veterinary medicine, working in a zoo, or something else, I know my heart is drawn to the animals.
