Hi, my name is Ryleigh Beall. I am 13 years old and attend Southern Middle School. I have been in 4-H for 5 years. I raise Market and Breeding Boer Goats, and Market Hogs. I am a Junior Member of the Southern Maryland Agriculture Development Commission Program. (SMADC). I love riding horses, playing soccer, dancing and playing with all of my animals.

This is Si. His is a Yorkshire Cross Barrow. He was born on March 4 2023.  Si was named after the show Duck Dynasty.  Si has an automatic feeder and waterer and he lives outside in a pen with an overhang from our barn.  I taught him to walk with a fuzzy ended whip, I tickled his nose to get him to put his head up. His favorite treats are animal crackers. He loves mud, and to lay in front of his big fan. This year we went to a show called SMILE. Every year I use the funds I earn to pay for feed and other animals in the future.

I would like to thank Jeff Ferguson of FTC Aggregate for his continued support and purchase of my market hog in 2022. Another thanks to Sonny's Bobcat Grading Services who bought my other market hog in 2022.

Thanks, Ryleigh
