I am Katelyn Bullock, a young and enthusiastic participant in the world of animal agriculture, and this year marks a significant milestone in my journey. For the very first time, I am excited to present a remarkable market turkey that I've raised with dedication and care. As a first-year participant in raising market turkeys, I've poured my heart and soul into the care and nurturing of my feathered friend.

This experience has been an incredible learning curve, filled with lessons about responsibility, animal husbandry, and the joys of farm life. My market turkey, whose name is Smoked, represents the culmination of months of hard work. Smoked is a testament to the love and attention I've devoted to ensuring that he grows into a healthy and vibrant turkey, ready to shine at the market.

I am a Senior at Southern High School and enrolled at Anne Arundel Community College. I am a member of Southern FFA and currently serving as our Chapter President.  I plan to study Food Science in College and remain active in my local community.
