Hi, my name is Emmy Conrey and I’m a junior at James Madison high school in the agriscience magnet program. I moved to James Madison high school last January in hopes to pursue my love for agriculture. Within the past year I have met amazing mentors and built incredible friendships. This year is my first year raising livestock. This year I am raising one wether and one doe. This year my wether placed 2nd at bexar county in his class, and 1st in his class and campion in the lightweight devision at north east ag fair this year. My doe placed 8th in her class at bexar county and 6th at north east ag fair. Raising livestock has taught me so much about myself, patients sportsmanship, hard work and livestock. I hope to continue my journey in the livestock industry through my senior year and into college. Thank you for supporting me and others who show interest in the FFA and 4-H we truly appreciate your support and couldn’t thank you enough for everything you do for us!
