As a 3rd year member raising a pig, everyone looks to you for advice and guidance, but no one talks about the breakdowns and stress that comes with having a market animal. But the memories that come with raising is worth it. Not just memories with your animal but with your chapter.This year has taught me how to deal with sickness in your animal and the next steps to take and how to deal with the pain along with them. As i move on and raise my next and last market swine next year i’ll take all that i’ve learned from my past years and make it the best.
