Sundae is her name and she is a stout, full bodied gilt.  Not only is she impressive as a market swine, she’s an even better breeding gilt. She could lay down and have an amazing set of babies.  From the start she was a natural, her head was always high, fantastic temperament, and so easy to walk. She’s going to be a hard one to let go.
