Let me introduce myself and my show lamb. I’m Evelyn Cook.  This is my 5th year showing sheep, and this year I showed Dan as my market wether. He was born on our farm on February 18th from one of our ewes, Handy with a triplet brother and sister. For the past year I have worked with him from birth, through weaning and started showing him in October. In the past 5 months since his first show we have worked together to increase his athleticism, muscling and his ring presence. These efforts have paid off, improving his results from the middle of the pack, to making third in the lightweight class at the county show on Wednesday. Thank you for your time and attention. All sale proceeds will be going to my college fund. Currently I plan to major in Agriculture so that I can pursue a career in Ag.
