I am a member of the Kinder Farm Park 4-H Livestock Club in Anne Arundel County and I am raising a market lamb this year for the first time. I am 11 and this is my third year in 4-H - I really enjoy it! I love working with all my animals. I love volunteering at the farm and showing others my animal projects. I am a club reporter as a way to share what I am learning with my club and the community. My market lamb is named Lavender. She was born on February 12th, 2024 and she eats Umbarger Show Feeds 17% and 19% protein mix lamb feed (purchased from The Mill in Bel Air), alfalfa, and field grasses.
