WANTED!

Bonnie and Clyde

           Clyde is the boss! He is very strong and pushy. He loves to climb up on things to reach the tree leaves.  He is currently eating 2 pounds twice a day of Sunglo Show lamb feed from Bowens Farm Supply and a handful of hay. It has 17% protein and 3.5% fat.  Clyde is 7 months old. He was born on February 20th 2024 on Bright Star Farm on the eastern shore. His breeder, Mrs. Lori has been so helpful in teaching me new things about sheep and inviting me over to her farm for 4-H events like CPR training. Clyde and I have been to 3 shows so far. The Sizzle show in Delaware, SMILE show in Southern Maryland and the Cecil county fair. Its been an adventure. Thanks to my cousin for helping me show him while I show Bonnie in the ring.

I am 11 years old and I have put a lot of time, hard work and Moms money into my animals this year. It has been fun, exhausting and I have learned a lot from them. If I make a profit I plan to pay Mom for my expenses and then save 30% of my earnings for a car and college and put 70% towards my market projects for next year.  I am looking forward to purchasing 2 lambs and 2 hogs next spring and using what I learned this year to do better in the show ring. This is my first year in 4-H showing livestock and I cant wait to do it again next year.
