Hi, my name is Colton Sutherland, and I am 14 years old and in 9th grade at Southern High School. This is my sixth year in the Harwood 4H club. This year I am raising 2 market hogs. The two market hogs are named Buck and Biggie. Both of my pigs are cross Hampshires this year. Raising them I have learned that they are fun but hard work. Every year I have participated, my pigs have had different types of personalities as well as have favorite snacks. This year I plan to use the money I raise from the auction for next year’s projects, saving for a tractor and and savings.
