Hi, my name is Madison Cassady and I want you to take a look at my Purebred Polled Hereford market steer. This is my first year raising a steer for the fair and it has been such a great experience for me. I have been in 4-H for 6 years now, mainly showing market lambs. My steer’s name is Dale and he has been worked with daily ever since I bought him from Churchview Farm in November 2023. He was very fun to raise and work with and I am very proud to present him to the fair this year. He eats a 12% sweet feed and finished out very well. I am certain that he will have great quality beef and my bidder will be pleased with his meat.
