Hello, My name is Reign Perez,  I raise 5 Jr. Market Rabbits this year at a varsity level for the James Madison FFA program and I placed reserve grand champion at North East Ag fair. This would be my second year raising rabbits for FFA, meaning I come every morning and evening. In the mornings I give them new hay and change their water and just check on them making sure they are ok and aren't having any health problems. In the evening I give them a cup of feed each, change their water, give them new hay, handle them,and then clean up their areas. Every Wednesday I weighed them in to make sure they are in the right range before show, show weight is 5:0:0-5:8:0 pounds, my rabbits are ranging from 4:13:0-5:4:0 pounds. This experience has made me more responsible and independent and shows how committed I am to my livestock projects.
