Hello I am Kolten Luman, I’m in the FFA at James Madison high school.

I only raise swine so all my focus is placed on them. I always have the same daily routine with them, I get there at 7:45 and give them their feed around 8. Then after I walk them both for 20 minutes, when I’m done walking them I condition them with my conditioner spray.

 When I come back in the afternoon around 6 I will feed them and put them in a tanner for 10-15 minutes while I get my chores and other stuff done.  

After there time is up I take them out if it’s an Sunday I will weight them as well as give them a full cleaning but if it’s any other day I will walk them for 30-45 minutes depending on if they walk well. 

There has been a lot of time and money put into these pigs, the more money that is donated the less money I have to worry about saving for collage. In other words it helps me be able to spend more money and time on my animals to make them look better as well as be calmer.
