My name is Sage Landry. I’m a senior at Hamshire-Fannett High School and am set to graduate this May. I plan to attend Texas A&M University this fall, majoring in Animal Science in hopes of attending the Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences. I was also recently accepted into the Texas A&M University Honors Academy. I have been involved in FFA since the 8th grade. I served as Chapter President last year and am currently serving as Chapter Secretary. I represented my FFA chapter at the 2024 National FFA Convention by participating in the National FFA Chorus and I have been a member of the Texas FFA Chorus for two years and plan to return this summer. This is my third year showing a pig and my first year showing broilers. Any profit made off of these projects will go towards supporting my college tuition.
