Hi! My name is Evelynn Neville, I'm 9 years old and this is my second year in 4-H.

This is my third year showing rabbits and my first year showing goats. I got my goats from a breeder in La Junta. My goat that I am showing is a boer doe named Cammy. I call her my baby because I got her as a bottle baby and she follows me around like I'm her mom. I’m so proud of her because we won Jr. Reserve Showmanship!

I have learned so much this year about goats. I really like to walk them and play with them by running around in their enclosure. I have learned patience and not giving up because I had to halter train them myself which was not very easy.

I will be showing my goats at the El Paso County Fair. The market goat show on July 16th at 10AM, which is also my birthday! I will auction off my goat at the El Paso County Junior Livestock Sale at the El Paso County Fairgrounds on July 19th at 1pm.  I would really appreciate your support in offering a bid on my animal during the auction. I hope to see you there!
