Hi my name is Jamie Schafer and this is my 4 year in market turkey's. I have 3 market turkeys and their group name is three card monte. This years market turkey project has been tough due to shipping errors with the turkey chicks. However, 3 card monte have been survivors and have grown to be  big beautiful birds!! It has been a lot of work to raise quality turkeys for fair but it was a great learning experience. Come on by the turkey barn and try your luck with 3 card monte you may be able to find the jack of hearts!!
