Hi, I'm Kelsi Harr! I am going into my senior year at Simla High School, and this will be my fourth year doing a market beef project. My steer, Memphis, is a crossbred (black angus and Hereford) and was raised on a local Elbert County ranch. I am so grateful to be a part of this program and am excited to see how this fair goes!
