Sadie McWhorter here!  I want to personally invite you to the Elbert County Fair Jr. Market Sale on Saturday, August 2nd where I hope to sell one of my market animals.

I am 13 years old, going into 8th grade and working through my 5th year in 4H. I show market goats, market pigs and market steers. I am the secretary for my 4H Club, Ranchin Rookies, too. When I am not working with my 4H animals you can find me playing basketball, running track or hanging out at the pool. I also like to do videography for my middle events. I would like to use my skills and learn more about videoing livestock shows or sales videos. 

My favorite thing about 4H is my animals. Even though they are a lot of work, time and dedication, their personalities and my friendship with them is something special. 

My goats' names this year are Crammer, Berkibile and Durr. I named them after some of my seventh grade teachers. (shhh, don't tell them). I feed and water them twice a day, exercise them to build muscle and stamina, and practice showing them so they know their job on show day. I will show my goats on Wednesday, July 30 at 2 PM. I'd love to see you there!

If I qualify to sell a market animal in the sale you have a few ways to support me. You could bid on my animal. If you are the winning bid, you will fill your freezer with some delicious meat. If you don't want to buy the entire animal you can support me by doing an Add On. You can donate any amount of money. My sale money will help me buy next year's projects and go towards my college fund.
