Hi, I’m Alex from the Harwood 4H Club in Southern Anne Arundel County. I’m a fifth grader at Lothian Elementary, and this is my second year raising steers and my first year working with lambs.

Let me introduce you to Stella. I’ve been with her since the moment she entered the world — I actually got to watch her being born! Since then, I’ve cared for her every single day, making sure she’s well-fed, groomed, and happy. Raising Stella taught me what hard work really means, and I’ve learned so much about responsibility, patience, and the bond you can build with an animal.  

Stella is now ready for the Anne Arundel County Fair, and I couldn’t be prouder of how far we’ve come together. She’d make a wonderful addition to your backyard flock or a quality choice for your freezer.
