Hi my name is Maci Childress. I am 14 years old, and I go to southern high school. For one of my market projects this year, I am doing a market Hereford steer. My steers name is Cheez-it. He Is my first Hereford, I have show black Angus before and I have found that Herefords are a lot more calm and docile, when they want to be. Cheez-it loves to run in his pen and loves to go for walks around the farm. He also loves to sleep, anytime he goes to a show, you will see him laid down spread out, sleeping. Cheez-it isn't the heaviest steer I've had but sure is the sweetest. I think he carries his weight pretty good and has filled out a lot this summer. I hope you consider purchasing this guy, the funds I get I plan to use for next years projects and save some for college!
