Howdy, I’m Kaylee, and for the past six years, I have been shown Market Poultry here at the STSF all in pursuit of a dream, and now in 2026, I can officially call myself the Grand Champion. Outside of the show ring, I have a strong passion for leadership and personal development. I am currently a FFA and 4H Chapter President, District 4-H officer, Texas Youth Livestock Poultry Ambassador, Norman Borlaug Youth in Agriculture Scholar, Rotary Youth Leadership Award, and Youth Leadership SETX. My long-term goal is to attend Texas A&M University and earn a degree in Poultry Science with a focus on Genetics and Hatchery Management, where I can turn my love for poultry into a future career.

Yes, I know most people don’t dream of spending their life around chickens, but somebody must make sure the world’s Dino nuggets keep happening, and I’m happy to volunteer.

I just want to thank the YMBL for another great poultry show, and to the auction committee for making sure all exhibitors have their time to shine!!

Thank you to all buyers who participate in tonight auction, without their support livestock exhibitors and their families would have a steeper hill to climb. 

I cannot wait to return for my Senior year in 2027, hopefully raising another banner!!
