Meet my pig, Mary Kate. She is a crossbreed born at Kinder Farm Park to our club sow, Daisy, on Valentines Day. I helped with her delivery and although there were a few issues, the club worked through them to deliver ten healthy piglets. I have been raising her with six other 4H projects at Kinder Farm Park with constant access to an outside patio and yard. This is my first year raising multiple pigs at the same time, and although it has been a bit more work I believe everything has gone pretty well.

My name is Sadie Fishburne. I am seventeen years old, and I am going into my senior year at Severna Park High School. This will be my ninth year in 4-H with the Kinder Farm Park 4-H Livestock Club. This year I will be raising and showing two pigs and a goat. 4-H has been a wonderful experience for me thus far, providing me with countless opportunities to better myself as a leader, educator, and person in general; it is truly an exceptional program and I look forward to an amazing auction.

I feel extremely lucky to be part of such an amazing community of 4-Hers and I am grateful that you make up part of our incredible support system. Enjoy your time at the fair!

A special thanks to Mr Velthuis, who bought my pig last year!
