Auction Terms and Conditions

By participating in this auction the parties agree to the following terms and conditions of the auction.

Bidder Registration

• All bidders must pre-register and obtain a Buyer Number to participate.
• Registration is available online at www.StockShowAuctions.com or in person at the auction venue.
• By participating, bidders agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any provisions published in the auction catalog or announced by the Auctioneer during the event.

Auctioneer’s Authority

• The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid at their discretion.
• In the event of a dispute between bidders, the Auctioneer may:
• Re-offer the lot for immediate resale to the highest bidder, or
• Reopen bidding among the tied bidders.
• The Auctioneer’s decision is final and binding.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is due to StockShowAuctions.com immediately after the auction concludes.
• Acceptable payment methods include:
• Checks with immediately available funds,
• Accepted credit or debit cards,
• Cash.
• Payments by check must be sent via overnight delivery (FedEx or UPS) to:
  StockShowAuctions.com, 14338 FM 1062, Canyon, TX 79015.
• Payments sent through the U.S. Postal Service are not accepted.
• All fees associated with payment delivery are the Buyer’s responsibility.

Livestock Transportation

• Buyers are responsible for all costs, arrangements, and regulatory requirements related to transporting purchased livestock.

No Guarantees by Auctioneer

• StockShowAuctions.com does not guarantee the soundness, quality, health, competitiveness, or marketability of any animal.
• Any guarantees must be documented in writing between the Buyer and the Seller. Disputes arising from such guarantees are solely between the Buyer and Seller, and StockShowAuctions.com is not liable for any related claims.

Pedigree and Performance Information

• StockShowAuctions.com does not warrant the accuracy of any pedigree, past performance, future performance, or genetic information.
• Information provided by StockShowAuctions.com or the Auctioneer is sourced from the Seller. Buyers are responsible for verifying all claims prior to purchase.
• No implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose apply to any livestock sold.

Health and Regulatory Requirements

• Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with health entry requirements for the destination state.
• Sellers will provide health certificates required for the state of origin and federal law.
• Any additional health certificates, tests, or documentation required for the Buyer’s destination are at the Buyer’s request and expense.

Catalog and Announcements

• While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the auction catalog and website (www.StockShowAuctions.com), all announcements made from the auction block take precedence over printed or online materials.
