Dear friends and supporters,
We wanted to share some difficult news with a heavy heart. On January 26th, 2026, a severe ice and snow storm caused significant damage to the stall barn at the Texoma Exposition & Livestock Shows facility.
This special place hosts 15–20 wonderful livestock shows each year and has become one of the most beloved and well-used show facilities in the Texas and Oklahoma region. So many cherished memories, hard work, and community moments have happened here.
While the property does carry insurance, we’ve learned that snow and ice damage requires an additional rider that unfortunately wasn’t included in our current policy. The estimated cost to replace the damaged barn ranges between $500,000 and $750,000.
Our board has built a responsible contingency fund over the years, but it falls quite a bit short of what’s needed for a full rebuild of this important structure.
With that in mind, we’ve created this page as a safe and simple way for anyone who would like to help to make a donation toward replacing the barn. Texoma Exposition and Livestock Shows is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, so every gift is deeply meaningful and greatly appreciated.
If you’re able to contribute—even a small amount—or if you’d simply like to share this with others who care about our local livestock shows and youth programs, it would mean the world to us.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for any support you’re able to offer during this challenging time. Your kindness and generosity truly make a difference.
With gratitude,
The Texoma Exposition & Livestock Shows Board & Team
