My name is Sierra Williams, I am currently a junior at Lamar High school. I have been in FFA for 3 years and ready to start my 4th year as a Senior. This year I raised a Duroc Gilt named Secret. She was the smallest pig in the barn and quickly became one of the largest pig. My future plans are to raise a steer, a pig, and possible a lamb. Also, I plan on attending Southern Univesity or Prairie View Univesity to study animal science to become a veterinarian.
I have worked extremly hard and spent many of hours to prepare my gilt for the Lamar FFA Show & Auction. Unfourtnatly we are deeply sadden that Secret passed away on Sunday, March 22 of unknown causes. This was my first large project and won't be my last. Any donations that you'd like to make towards some of the funds that were potentially lost from not being able to show or auction my animals will be greatly appreciated! please donate as an " Add-on" Thank you!
