For Junior Livestock Exhibitors, the Fair represents a culmination of many months to years of work. Through livestock projects youth members not only gain animal science knowledge; but valuable life skills such as responsibility, time management and problem solving that last a lifetime. Your purchase will help support the leaders of tomorrow. In such an unprecedented year, these extraordinary youth have shown diligence in their stewardship and work ethic in caring for their animals and this knowledge of responsibility will stay with them for the rest of their professional life. 2020 Resale Prices: 

Steers $1.00/pound; Lambs $1.40/pound; Goats $1.40/pound; Swine $0.25/pound

If you would like to buy a steer, lamb, goat, or swine but don't want the meat, consider resale.  For resale buyers, buyers pay the difference between the winning bid and the price of resale.  

Custom Processing Fees:

Beef $200, Sheep and Goats $65, Swine $95, Rabbits $45 per pen
