🐄 Instructions for Adding Lots in a Jr. Livestock Auction
👤 PHASE 1: CREATE YOUR CONSIGNOR ACCOUNT
Click Login/Register
Navigate to the StockShowAuctions.com website and locate the "Login/Register" button, typically found in the top right corner of the homepage.
Click "Register"
On the login page, select "Register" to create a new consignor account for your livestock auction participation.
Complete the Required Fields
Fill out all mandatory information to create your account. Ensure all details are accurate for smooth auction participation.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: You may not use an email address for more than one account. Each exhibitor must have a unique email address.
🐄 PHASE 2: ADD YOUR LOT/PROJECT IN THE AUCTION
Access Your Consignor Portal
Log in to your account, click "Account" in the navigation menu, then click "Consignor Portal" to access your auction management tools.
Find Your Specific Sale
Locate your specific livestock sale from the list of available auctions, then click "Lots" to begin adding your animals.
Verify and Add New Lot
Verify that your sale's name appears in bold letters to confirm you're in the correct auction, then click "Add New" to create a new lot entry.
Select Your Jr. Market Species
Under the "Category" dropdown menu, select your Junior Market Species (e.g., Market Steer, Market Hog, Market Goat, Market Lamb, etc.).
Enter Project Information
Enter all appropriate information about your project/animal. Pay special attention to accuracy as this information will be displayed during the auction.
⭐ REQUIRED FIELDS: The circled fields on the form are mandatory and must be completed before proceeding.
Create Your Lot
Once you have entered all your project information and completed the required fields, click "Create" to add your lot to the auction.
Add Photos and Videos (Optional)
Enhance your lot by adding high-quality photos or a YouTube video link about your project. Visual content can help attract potential buyers and showcase your animal's best features.
💡 TIP: High-quality photos and videos can significantly increase interest and bidding activity on your lot!
📌 Important Notes & Tips
⚠️ Email Restrictions
Each email address can only be used for ONE account. Plan accordingly if multiple family members are participating.
📋 Required Fields
Look for circled or marked required fields. Your lot cannot be created without completing all mandatory information.
📸 Visual Content
High-quality photos and videos significantly increase buyer interest and potential final sale prices.
⏰ Plan Ahead
Register and add your lots well in advance of the auction date to avoid last-minute technical issues.
